Pumpkin Pie

On Sunday night, I attempted my first pumpkin pie!!

After years of watching my mom bake these every Thanksgiving and Christmas, I decided to take a stab at it myself. 

All those taste tests must have paid off because it turned out amazing!!!

I used Libby's recipe and added a few extra spices. It was so good!

I was worried because it looked really liquid-y going into the oven, but once it cooked and cooled, it was PERFECT! I may have even snuck a piece for a mid-morning snack today :)
